“Wild Butterflies”

“It’s strange how often we’re placed in seemingly impossible situations; but with faith, those challenges make us stronger.

Then, somehow, the right people come into our lives to rectify all the perceived wrongs, to chase away the butterflies,
or to add a little magic.”

Wild Butterflies is the story of Rita, Cory, and Bill — each striving for love but going about it in all the wrong ways.

Feeling rejected by family and friends, Cory’s butterflies are more active than ever. Normally a good girl prone to hiding in her room reading fairy tales or jumping rope with friends, she’s baffling everyone by lying and stealing.

Rita’s angry and tired of it. She can’t figure out what that dapper old man sees in her or why her son doesn’t grow up and raise his own child.

And Bill’s confused. Confused about his bitter mother, his ex-wife, his estranged and withdrawn daughter and about the beautiful woman he meets one cold morning.

Too caught up in their own dysfunction, anxiety, and drama, neither Rita, Bill or Cory realizes there’s a real monster is waiting to strike. Thankfully, love comes to chase away all their butterflies.
